1. Orders & Quotations
All quotations provided by Cemgate are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are only confirmed once accepted in writing or verbally by a member of our team, and full order details (materials, quantity, and delivery address) should be confirmed prior to dispatch.
2. Delivery
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, site access issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate site access for our delivery vehicles.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed at the point of order. Trade accounts are subject to separate credit terms. Cemgate reserves the right to withhold future deliveries where payment is overdue.
4. Product Quality
Cemgate sources materials through accredited quarries and suppliers, and all products are supplied in accordance with relevant British Standards. Any concerns regarding material quality must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Cancellations
Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover scheduling and material costs already committed.
6. Liability
Cemgate's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or material issues outside our reasonable control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
